IBE Redesign
I worked closely with the product team to redesign the IBE UI, an internal RMS component. Through extensive research, I improved usability, accessibility, and the booking experience. I created three template options, allowing clients to customise the interface to suit their brand.






Live release campaigns
Live releases are a key part of RMS and the marketing team, so we focused on creating designs that were both engaging and easy to read. I designed all collateral for the release, including emails, social media assets, a one-pager PDF, and landing pages, ensuring clear communication and brand consistency across all channels.






Website redesign
I led the design of a fully optimised, 500+ page multilingual website that exceeded performance expectations. The redesign significantly enhanced user experience, resulting in a substantial increase in domain authority and audience reach.
